We will take care of all shipping costs related to any Exchanges and Returns. However, we will not refund the shipping costs of the initial purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
If your original purchase is damaged upon delivery please notify us immediately via email to hello@iguaneye.com.au we will send you a replacement free of charge upon receiving the return.
